I recently had a customer email me regarding our Bounce Back playground surface tiles.

Thanks for the follow-up.  The mats are working out great – it’s wonderful to have the peace of mind that if she takes a little tumble the mats are there to cushion fall.  We are working on getting some pics, and will send them along ASAP.

On occasion we have customers that will let us know how much our products have helped them in some way.  In this case, there were two things that she really loved and commented about the product: 1) how great it looked after the product was installed and 2) the peace of mind that if she [her daughter] takes a little tumble the IPEMA certified rubber mats are there to cushion the fall.
It’s great to get these complements from customers who like the product so much that they go out of their way to write me an email.  As a sales person who takes his work personally, always  trying to help the customer get the perfect product for their needs, it means a lot.
Our Bounce Back interlocking playground tiles not only accomplish the things she complimented us on, they can also raise the value of her home and make her friends and neighbors more comfortable about having there kids over.
A lot of times I even have customers send pictures of how well the product works for them and how nice it looks for their application. I will gladly post some of those in the near future.
