This has been a hectic week for me and my household. I’ve had teens, tweens and preteens, traipsing through my house like Sherman marching through Atlanta. My refrigerator has seen more action than the most common of clichés that you can think of that sees a lot of action. At the peak of occupancy, I’m sure Noah looked down from above and wondered how that many creatures could fit in that space and what were we doing for restrooms.
Just when I thought it could not get any louder and nerve wracking, the doorbell rings AGAIN.
I’m sure the teenager at my door had the noblest of intentions when they agreed to sell whatever the heck it is they were trying to sell and I am usually very receptive to these juvenile pitchmen as they wander through the neighborhood hawking the assorted candy, plastic junk, subscriptions and whatnots that they lug around. However, straw met camel. Camel started venting. Poor teen fled practically in tears.
This could have been prevented by the simple use of custom logo mats. See, these doormats can come with whatever logo or phrase you want or need to have displayed. My fault is that my current front door mats say, “Welcome.” People see this and assume I mean it. What it should say is, “An overstressed, possibly psychotic father of three, lives here, approach at your own risk especially if you’re a male between the ages of 5 and 70.” Instead I am getting outdoor mats that say “NO SOLICITING, THIS MEANS YOU!” AND since I am getting a vanity mat, I’m getting sports rugs for my Lakers and one for my Angels as well, since MatsMatsMats can also make those to order.

Logo door mats are ideal for any place of business. Whether you are a restaurant owner, the owner of a retail store or a hair salon you will undoubtedly purchase a door mat for the entry of your establishment. So, why not let entry mats do a little advertising for you too?
There are many different options when it comes to custom logo mats. The mats that are designed exclusively for outdoor use are typically made entirely of rubber. Generally your color options and logo design options are very limited on these types of entrance mats. There are usually limited sizes available as well.
That being said, most businesses purchase entrance mats that are placed on the inside of the entry. The logo mats for this use is typically a vinyl or rubber backed mat with a carpeted to surface (rubber backing being preferred due to better durability). Most manufacturers of these types of mats are able to produce the logo in virtually any colors and almost any design. The mats can be a combination of colors and a large selection of mat sizes (and even custom sizes) are available.
A minimum quantity of mats is not required – you can order a single logo mat. The mats are generally a very inexpensive way to protect the floors at your entrance, prevent excess dirt and debris from entering your establishment and market your business at the same time.

Custom logo mats are a great way to advertise at the entrance of your business or trade show booth. They are inviting, look great and help to promote your company or brand at the same time. Whether you have your own trade show flooring or rent your tradeshow floors a carpet logo mat may be just what you need.
Some logo mats are vinyl backed and some are rubber backed. Vinyl mats will be less expensive, but are also less durable. In addition, many rubber backed mats are actually machine washable.
There are many different ways to produce a logo mat. Some manufacturing processes use inferior “overprinting” where screen printing or transfer printing merely adds color to the tops of the carpet fibers, which ultimately wears off. A higher quality and longer lasting process uses micro-jets that directly inject the dye deep into the carpet fibers, producing vibrant yet durable and fade-resistant mats.
Carpet logo mats are available in various stock sizes, but custom sizes are also available if desired/needed. Artwork submission, proof approval, production and delivery is typically about 4 weeks.

Have you ever wondered about or thought you might like a unique, personalized front door mat for your home or personal office? In a previous post, some weeks back, I wrote about the possibilities of custom door mats with a company logo or family crest on it, and the more I think about it now, the more I think it’s a pretty nifty idea; how about you?
I realize not everyone has a family crest, but you could incorporate the talents of a graphic artist to come up with a regal or unique “logo” of your family name to have printed on a custom logo mat, similar to the one pictured here—they don’t ONLY have to be “professional logos” after all.
These custom logo mats can be printed in single orders, in case you’re thinking, “You probably have to order in bulk.” Don’t you think it would be really impressive to visitors to have a TRULY unique entrance mat to your home? It would be nice departure from traditional welcome mats, like we normally see on front porches and other entry ways.

Typically, the most attractive or impressive door mats most of us see are something ornate on the front porch of a highbrow residence or perhaps multimillion dollar business, or…maybe at the entrance of a Hollywood studio. If you take a stroll through an upscale business park, you will most likely run across a few businesses that have had their own custom logo door mats with the company logo embroidered, stamped, or painted on the entrance mat, or mats in the breezeway.
If you own a business and have always wanted your own company logo mats for your place of business or as promotional items, you can have your own mats custom made in either bulk orders or single mats; no order is too big or small. Custom logo mats really ad that bit of pizazz your business has been missing all along. So why not trade out your conservative entrance mats for some distinctive, custom logo mats with your company logo or motto deeply embedded in the mat material?
