No yoga practitioner’s collection of yoga supplies would be complete without at least one size of varied size yoga blocks. Yoga blocks typically come in about 4 different materials: foam, cork, natural bamboo, and wood. Yoga blocks will assist you in extending your poses for proper posture. You can use them one at a time, or if necessary, stack them—whatever your degree of flexibility calls for.
Foam yoga blocks are ultra lightweight, are very stable, and quite affordable. In fact, it’s probably best if you have a few of them in your quiver. Why not give them as birthday or holiday gifts to friends and companions to keep in their yoga mat bags, along with other, sundry, yoga meditation items.
