Rubber Mats

Most of the time when we think of rubber mats, we probably picture those you would see in a wet service area like behind a bar, or where a dishwasher stands in a commercial setting; rubber mats to help prevent the person(s) standing on those mats from slipping. We might also envision those mats having an anti-fatigue quality about them, and that would be pretty much accurate in many instances.
Carpet mats might not come to mind when we think of such rubber mats, but guess what? A great carpet mat with rubber backing that absorbs water would be ideal for such circumstances where water landing on the floor, at the person’s feet, is more than probable; the water can later be pushed out using a squeegee. But if the need is to channel away standing water, then modular floor tiles like the ones pictured here are perfect.
